Job summary

Mamas & Papas Solihull is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our store team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, guiding customers through product choices, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience for families.

Shifts cover Saturdays and Sundays with some weekday availability. If you enjoy helping customers and creating magical moments, we’d love to hear from you. No agencies, please.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to assist customers with product selection.
• Friendly, positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and enquiries.
• Maintain store standards and display aesthetics.
• Support through weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and an 8-hour shift pattern.

Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT(S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Solihull store

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 8 hours per week, Saturdays, Sundays and some availability through the week.
