Job summary

Mamas & Papas Milton Keynes store is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant/Consultant to join our team. You will be the welcoming face, help families choose prams, cots and essentials, and contribute to creating magical moments for customers.

You will work 12 hours per week across shifts, including Thursdays 4-8, Saturdays 2-6, and Sundays 12.30-4.30. Experience in retail or customer service is valued, and a supportive, inclusive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, calm and proactive approach when assisting customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Process transactions and handle point-of-sale duties accurately.
• Maintain store presentation and stock levels to support sales goals.

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 12 hours per week , shifts being

• Thursday 4-8
• Saturday 2-6
• Sunday 12.30-4.30
