Job summary

Mamas & Papas Southampton is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant / Consultant to join our store team. Based at Harbour Parade, you will help customers with product knowledge, personal shopping experiences, and parenting journey guidance in a welcoming environment.

The role demands a positive, customer‑facing approach and the ability to work across 5 days, including weekends. Join a team that values inclusivity and great discounts for family and friends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service background required.
• Able to provide friendly, personal shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge and guidance during shopping visits.
• Conduct in-store consultations and help customers choose prams, cots, and baby accessories.
• Support customers through their parenting journey with a welcoming, informative approach.
• Role is 20 hours per week across 5 days, including weekends.

Here at Mamas & Papas we are expanding our own family through continued growth by looking for some amazing SALES ASSISTANT(S), to be based at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Southampton store

This Sales Consultant / Sales Assistant vacancy covering 20 hours per week , across 5 days, including either Saturdays, Sundays or both
