Cullimore Group is seeking a Retail Sales and Weighbridge Supervisor to join our Netherhills site in Whitminster. The role is full time, Monday to Friday with two Saturday mornings per month, offering a competitive salary of £34,000–£38,000 and a busy, customer‑facing environment.

You will lead customer interactions, coordinate deliveries, oversee weighbridge operations and work closely with the yard team to maintain safety and efficiency. A proactive, organised approach is essential.

Retail Sales and Weighbridge Supervisor

Based at our Netherhills site in Whitminster, GL2 7PD
Full Time - Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm plus 2 Saturday mornings per month, 8:00am-12:00pm
Competitive salary: £34,000-£38,000

The Role:

You'll play a vital role in managing our daily retail operations and overseeing weighbridge activities at our busy aggregates and weighbridge sales counter.
This is a varied and energetic role where you'll:
