poltronesofà is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Advisor in Watford. The role involves welcoming customers, helping them choose furniture, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience. It offers 20 hours per week across three days with a competitive hourly rate and uncapped commission potential.

You will support customers from inquiry to order, process finance applications, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining showroom standards and a friendly environment.

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Watford store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 20 hours per week across 3 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
