poltronesofà is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Advisor for our Castle Vale store. You will welcome customers, assist them in selecting furniture, and process orders and finance applications. This role fits around study or family commitments and offers strong earning potential with commission.

Retail Sales Advisor - Part Time

Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 / hour

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Castle Vale store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 32 hours per week across 4 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
