Job summary

Poltronesofa at Glasgow Fort is looking for a friendly Retail Sales Advisor to join the team on a part-time basis. You will welcome customers, help them choose furniture, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This role offers £10.85–£12.71 per hour, 16–32 hours per week, with uncapped commission and a range of employee benefits. Flexible shifts support study, family life or other commitments.

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Glasgow Fort store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 16-32 hours per week.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
