Job summary

Poltronesofa in Dundee is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor for a part-time role. You will welcome customers, help them choose the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience from start to finish.

The 32-hour week is spread across four days. You’ll earn £10.85–£12.71 per hour, with uncapped commission, guaranteed monthly commissions in early months, and a range of benefits to support your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and help them find the perfect piece of furniture for their home

• Keep showrooms looking their best through housekeeping and moving furniture as needed

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Dundee store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for people with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Offering Part-time hours designed to fit around study, family life, or other commitments

This role is for 32 hours per week across 4 days.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
