Job summary

Poltronesofà is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Advisor for our Abbotsinch store. You will welcome customers, help them find the perfect furniture and deliver a standout shopping experience from start to finish.

This role offers 32 hours per week across four days with flexible hours to fit around study, family life, or other commitments. You don’t need previous furniture sales experience; we’ll teach you our products and service standards.

Qualifications

• No prior furniture sales experience required; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the Abbotsinch store and help them find the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Keep showrooms looking their best through housekeeping and moving furniture as needed.
• Ensure showrooms are warm, friendly and safe environments for all visitors.
• Develop and maintain knowledge on Poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required within the role.

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers into our Abbotsinch store, help them find the perfect furniture for their home, and deliver a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Work towards individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role
