Job summary

Sky is seeking a retail sales specialist to engage customers with Sky products through demos and expert advice. You will tailor Sky packages to individual needs, creating memorable moments and driving conversions.

The role offers a 40-hour week with weekend work, a base salary of £28,177 plus a competitive commission scheme and various benefits. Training will cover Sky products and services to ensure confident, informed conversations.

Salary: £28,177 basic salary, with a competitive commission scheme - earn on every product that activates.

Retail customer hub: The Mall, Blackburn (Sky store locator)

Hours: 40 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and varied daily hours). We're always there for our customers; if the shopping centre is open, so are we.
