Job summary

Sky Retail is hiring a customer-focused Sales Ambassador at the Derbion Shopping Centre in Dudley. You’ll engage customers, demo Sky products, and tailor packages to needs while earning a £28,177 base salary plus commission.

The role is 40 hours per week, 5 days across weekends; Sky provides benefits including healthcare and pension, with discounts across Sky products. Join a fast-paced team, hit targets, and help customers connect with entertainment they love.

• Salary: £28,177 basic salary, with a competitive commission scheme - earn on every product that activates.
• Retail customer hub: Derbion Shopping Centre, Dudley (Sky store locator)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and varied daily hours). We're always there for our customers; if the shopping centre is open, so are we.
