poltronesofà UK is opening a brand-new store in Poole and is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisors to join the team from day one.

As part of our Retail team, you’ll welcome customers, understand their needs and help them choose furniture they’ll love for years.

This is a rewarding sales role with uncapped commission; basic salary £22,629–£26,508 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.

Description

We're opening a brand-new store in Poole, and we're looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Advisors to join the team from day one.

As part of our Retail team, you'll welcome customers into our beautiful new showroom, get to know what they're looking for, and help them find furniture they'll love for years to come.

This is a rewarding sales role where your earning potential is in your hands. Thanks to our uncapped commission scheme, the more you sell, the more you can earn.

What does the role involve?

• Welcome customers into the store and support them in finding the perfect piece of furniture for their home
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications
• Accountable for delivering personal sales and KPIs
• Work within the team to deliver a 5 star customer experience
• Make sure the showrooms look their best through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving furniture when it’s needed
• Help to make sure our showrooms are warm, friendly, safe environments for everyone within them
• Continuously develop and maintain knowledge on all poltronesofà products and services
• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

• In this store, our Retail Sales Advisors earn on average £800 - £1200 per month on top of their basic salary
