Poltronesofà S.p.A. Chester store is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers and help them choose the perfect furniture for their home. You will drive personal sales and contribute to a high-energy team environment.

In this role you can boost earnings through an uncapped commission structure, with a basic salary in the £22,628–£26,507 range and a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) approaching £40k, plus a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers into the store and helps them find the right furniture.
• Accurately complete customer orders and process finance applications.
• Deliver personal sales and KPIs as part of a team.
• Maintain an inviting showroom and contribute to safety and cleanliness.

• Undertake, as required, other duties in keeping with the general nature of the role

As part of the Retail team, you’ll be based within our store in Chester welcoming customers in and talking to them about our gorgeous furniture.

As a Retail Sales Advisor you can earn more as you sell more — our uncapped commission structure puts you in control of your income.
