Job summary

Wren Kitchens Limited in Bromborough is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to engage with customers, identify needs and showcase our kitchen and bedroom ranges. You will help customers book design appointments and move them through the showroom experience.

The role offers world-class training, uncapped commission and opportunities across the business. You will be part of a fast-paced showroom team that values exceptional customer service and confident, friendly interactions.

Qualifications

• Confident to approach and chat with a wide range of customers.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Some retail sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential.

We are looking for a Retail Sales Advisor for our Bromborough showroom!

You’ll engage with customers to identify their needs before showing them around our displays and booking design appointments.

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively approach customers, offering assistance during their visit
• Build rapport with customers as you identify their needs and promote our kitchen and bedroom ranges, offers and best-selling appliances
• Engage with customers to ensure they book an appointment with one of the showroom’s Retail Sales Designers

You’ll earn £12.71 per hour plus bonus. You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.
