Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (ASEL) is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer to patrol stores in the Rotherham area, deter crime and respond to incidents.

You will carry out guarding duties, document incidents, liaise with management and authorities, and operate with professionalism while maintaining customer service.

Applicants must hold a valid SIA licence, provide a five-year checkable history, and bring right-to-work documents to interview.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided.
• Must have five-year checkable work or education history.
• Bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the shop floor and deterring criminal activity.
• Assessing vulnerabilities and minimising risk.
• Liaising with management and local authorities.
• Managing vulnerable persons with empathy.
• Completing colleague and contractor searches when required.
• Digitally reporting incidents and using tablets/phones for planning.
• Producing detailed incident reports for clients and authorities.
