Job summary
Refybeauty is seeking a Projects Coordinator in Manchester to drive cross-functional delivery for Retail, Field Teams, Brand Marketing and Digital. You will own the delivery plan from business calendars and trading plans, ensuring teams know deadlines and deliver on time.
The role reports to the Head of Delivery and will manage milestones, risks and budgets, collaborating across Commercial, Brand and Finance to ensure successful retailer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years’ experience in project coordination, project management or retail operations.
- Retail experience is advantageous in beauty, fashion, FMCG or consumer-led industry.
- Experience managing cross-functional retail projects and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Support Retail and Commercial Accounts teams with planning and delivery of key retail projects.
- Own execution of the annual retail calendar and JBP delivery plan with clear actions, owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Commercial, Brand, Creative, Digital, Retail Ops, Finance and Field teams.
- Build and manage critical paths for product launches, activations, new openings, gondolas and VM updates.
- Maintain a central source of truth for retail projects and provide regular progress updates.
