Mamas & Papas (Head Office) is seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to work with Regional Managers and retail leaders across our store and concession network. You will translate people strategy into practical actions that improve performance, engagement and customer experience, while guiding leaders in people decisions.

The role involves regular travel and commutable to Huddersfield HQ. You'll drive high-performance culture through performance management, succession planning and leadership

Qualifications

• HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Strong employee relations and UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Knowledge of talent and succession planning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: deliver people plans aligned to business objectives and use data to drive performance.
• Talent, Performance & Capability: drive a high-performing culture and coach leaders to build capability.
• Colleague Engagement & Culture: champion the company culture, improve engagement and retention.
• Employee Relations: provide guidance on employee relations and employment law, coaching managers through issues.
