Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, pre-screening eye examinations, and administrative tasks such as scheduling, handling customer queries, and processing payments.

Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
