As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and potentially pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will play a vital role in our mission to help customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
