Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you will assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs, help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings, and may perform pre-screening eye examinations along with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.

Your main goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision needs. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to enhance their visual potential and lifestyle.
