Job summary

David Clulow Opticians is seeking an enthusiastic Optical Assistant to welcome customers and help them choose designer frames and lenses. You’ll support fittings, adjustments and high-quality eye care while upholding our refined retail environment.

No optical experience is required, just pride in your work and a willingness to learn. We offer development, eye care training and generous staff benefits in a premium store setting.

What you’ll do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience – welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them through our carefully curated selection of designer frames and lenses.
• Support fittings and adjustments – learn how to fit, adjust and care for luxury eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied.
• Assist in high-quality eye care – support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies.
• Maintain impeccable standards – support daily store operations, visual standards and administration in a refined retail environment.
