Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding eyewear that suits their needs, help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings, and perform pre-screening eye examinations along with administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries by phone, and processing payments.

Your primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits well and meets their vision requirements. You will contribute to our mission of helping customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored, effective service to enhance their visual potential and lifestyle.
