Role overview

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings. Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting phone inquiries, and processing payments.

Overall, your goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers leave satisfied, with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You'll play a key role in our mission to help customers 'See More and Be More' by providing tailored and effective service, maximizing their visual potential and enhancing their lifestyle.

Although the advertised hours are a guide, we are open to discussing flexible working options to suit your needs, whether that fits around school runs or involves a compressed week.
