Job summary

Bestway Group in York is seeking a Retail Administration Team Leader to guide a small cross-functional team within the Central Operations group. You will coordinate the retail and trade activity plan across brands, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication to drive sales growth and improve the retailer experience.

The role emphasizes ownership of complex retailer issues, root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions, plus coaching a high-performing team to share learnings across brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own and coordinate the retail and trade activity plan across our brands, ensuring activity is aligned, effectively planned and delivered to support sales growth.
• Establish clear objectives and performance measures for sales-driving activity, using results to improve future performance.
• Act as a key contact for complex retailer issues, coordinating across functions to prioritise and resolve.
• Lead investigations into recurring retailer issues using root-cause analysis for long-term solutions.
• Analyse retailer feedback and translate insights into process improvements across systems and ways of working.
• Support, coach and develop a small team to ensure high performance and engagement.
