Job Description:

Flexible Retail Merchandising work, in great retailers with one of the best merchandising teams around.

Lead a team of retail merchandisers in major British retail stores.

The day-to-day

You will lead a merchandising team delivering various projects on time and to high standards across large grocery clients. Responsibilities include ensuring health and safety, supporting team members, and liaising with Store and Project Managers to resolve issues.

Flexibility is essential. Work hours and days depend on project requirements, typically involving 11-hour shifts. Travel and overnight stays may be necessary.

The responsibilities include:

• Understanding project scope and objectives
• Coordinating with Store Managers for smooth operations
• Setting daily work scope and ensuring clarity
• Monitoring and communicating project progress
• Ensuring timely and accurate work completion
• Managing administrative tasks like timesheets and reports

Team leader duties:

• Managing onsite team, ensuring proper dress, punctuality, and breaks
• Motivating, developing, and inspiring team members
• Respecting company property
• Maintaining health and safety standards
