Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based in Winchester to manage in-store product displays and ensure high-quality execution across multiple stores. The role requires a full UK driving licence, ability to work to planograms, and strong attention to detail.

You will visit stores on a Wednesday schedule with additional ad hoc work, reporting progress and issues to the District Team Leader. A driver is required to support flexible store coverage.

eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Winchester.

Hours

• Wednesdays - 5 hours during store opening hours (start time is flexible)

Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

This role will be working in multiple stores so a driver will be required.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally
• Keep up with any required training or certifications
• Complete all store visits on time
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best

What You Will Need

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (if needed)
