Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Retail Merchandiser based in Winchester to deliver high quality in-store execution across multiple retail sites. You will set up, maintain and check product displays, follow planograms and client guidelines, and report back with photos and notes.

You will work Wednesdays for 5 hours with scope for ad hoc shifts. A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required as you will travel between stores, work independently, and keep in touch with your District Team Leader to

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe, compliant with standards, and visually appealing.
• Take clear photos and write concise reports after each visit.
• Flag issues to Team Leader promptly (missing stock, access issues).
• Build positive relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.

eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in Winchester.

Hours

• Wednesdays - 5 hours during store opening hours (start time is flexible)
• Plus ad hoc work as interested and agreed!

This role will be working in multiple stores so a driver will be required.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards. Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track. As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
