Job summary

eXPD8 is recruiting a part-time Retail Merchandiser for the Haverhill area. You will visit stores on a 10-hour weekly schedule, set up and maintain product displays, and follow client plans to ensure high-quality in-store execution.

Role requires a full UK driving licence, retail or merchandising experience, and strong organisational and reporting skills. You will work independently with guidance from the District Team Leader.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays.
• Follow planograms and client guidelines for each visit.
• Ensure displays are safe, compliant, and visually strong.
• Take clear photos and complete short reports after each visit.
• Flag issues to the Team Leader and maintain client reporting.
• Build relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with required training and complete all visits on time.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Haverhill area

Hours: 10 Hours per week across the following days:

• Availability Monday to Friday.
• Essential Days: Monday (8am Start), Thursday (6am Start)

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

• Visit assigned stores on schedule to set up and maintain product displays
• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues)
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally
• Keep up with any required training or certifications
• Complete all store visits on time
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best
