Job summary

eXPD8 Field Marketing is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to cover Worcester and surrounding areas. You will visit stores to set up, maintain, and check product displays, ensuring visits are completed accurately, safely, and on time in line with client briefs.

You will work to planograms, take clear photos, provide updates, and report any issues to your District Team Leader. The role suits an organised self-starter who communicates well and upholds health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (if needed).
• Experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good communication and reporting via smartphone/tablet.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions (planograms) and client guidelines for each visit.
• Make sure displays look great, are safe, and meet company and legal standards.
• Take clear photos and write short reports after each visit using company systems.
• Let your Team Leader know if you run into problems (like missing stock or access issues).
• Build good relationships with store staff and represent the company professionally.
• Keep up with any required training or certifications.
• Complete all store visits on time.
• Follow instructions and keep displays looking their best.

eXPD8 are excited to be recruiting for a Retail Merchandiser in the Worcester area

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Hours: 8

Mon- 08:00 - 10:00

Thurs-08:00 -12:30

Sat-16:00 - 17:30

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality field activity across assigned retail stores. You will set up, maintain, and check product displays to make sure each visit is completed accurately, safely, and on time, in line with client briefs, service level agreements, and quality standards.

Working in the store, the Retail Merchandiser will follow daily schedules and client instructions, using your judgement and attention to detail to deliver consistent in-store execution. You will work independently while keeping in regular contact with your District Team Leader to flag any risks, resolve issues, and keep activity on track.

As the Retail Merchandiser you will also act as the eyes and ears in store, providing clear written updates and photographs that support client reporting, insight, and continuous improvement.
