Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and full UK driving licence.
• A smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with in-store teams.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to meet client objectives and improve store sales.
• Communicate clearly with store staff to set visit objectives and review actions.
• Ensure products are displayed per agreed planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues with stores.
• Maximise brand visibility and sales through effective POS displays.

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Merchandiser to visit retail stores to transform our clients’ store displays into captivating experiences that delight customers and drive sales.As a key player in our team, you will craft visually appealing product presentations according to briefs set out by our client to ensure their merchandise shines.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s clientobjectivesand influence store sales performance.
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visitobjectivesand review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores toidentifyand fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Saleitems are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
• Youmaybe requiredto store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.
