Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with retailers to support client objectives and drive store sales.
• Communicate with store staff to define visit objectives and plan actions.
• Ensure products are displayed according to planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues with stores.
• Maximise brand awareness by effective POS/display for sales growth.
• Handle small stock/equipment for work use if needed.
• Adapt to changes and meet KPI targets set by clients.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s clientobjectivesand influence store sales performance.
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visitobjectivesand review changes and future action plans.
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms.
• Work with stores toidentifyand fix stock availability issues.
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Saleitems are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales.
• Youmaybe requiredto store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use.
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively.
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals.

Requirements
