Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good and creating eye-catching displays? Do you have an eye for detail?

If so, at eXPD8, we're looking for a Retail Merchandiser based in the IP32 area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working on behalf of exciting household name brands. Please note that although you will be based in one area, there are work opportunities across a variety of different stores.

You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role involves work across a variety of categories including: Toys and general merchandising.

Confirmed working days/hours: 8 weekly

Example schedule for Entertainer toys:

Monday 8:00 - 9:00
Thursday 8:00 - 12:00
Saturday 16:00 - 17:00

• Compliance and Standards: You'll follow merchandising standards, store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidance. You'll implement planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Product Placement and Replenishment: You'll arrange products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You'll set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers effectively.
• Communication and Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain good relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly managers, and provide timely feedback via our feedback application.

• Pride in delivering high standards and service.
• Willingness to handle manual tasks like moving products from warehouse to shopfloor.
• Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items (additional pay applies).
• Comfortable using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car are required.
