Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers to work in the Bath area on a flexible, part-time basis. The role involves visiting high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, set up POS materials, and stock shelves.

We offer £15.07 per hour PAYE including holiday pay, with start within 2 weeks after onboarding. Candidates should have retail or merchandising experience, be reliable, able to use a reporting app, and be available Mon-Sun with some fixed days.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising.
• Desirable experience with Boots, department stores or premium beauty chains.
• Own transport and ability to carry promotional materials.
• Available Mon–Sun with fixed Tue/Thu/Sat visits.
• Comfortable using a mobile app to report activities.

Responsibilities

• Visit high street, grocery and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and POS setup.
• Navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) confidently.
• Merchandise products according to planograms and keep displays attractive.
• Top up stocks and arrange displays so items are easy to find.
• Negotiate extra display space where possible and report results via app.
• Light stock movement and lifting may be required.

Job description

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Bath area. Approx 2 - 4 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial. Supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
