Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is seeking Merchandisers in the Hastings area with roughly 4–6 hours per week, rising with busy periods. The role pays £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay and starts within 2 weeks after onboarding, with flexible scheduling Monday to Sunday (fixed days Tue, Thu, Sat).

You’ll travel to store locations, set up POS displays, and maintain in-store presentation. Ideal candidates bring retail or merchandising experience, with knowledge of planograms and display execution.

Qualifications

• Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Available Monday to Sunday with fixed visits on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up POS materials.
• Confidently navigate fixtures (gondolas, bays, shelving) and merchandise products per planograms.
• Ensure stock is on-shelf and displays look appealing to drive sales and visibility.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays for easy customer access; negotiate extra display space when possible.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved; use your own car to transport materials when needed.
• Report via app with clear photos and feedback; participate in ongoing training and support.

We are looking for Merchandisers in the Hastings area. Approx 4 - 6 hours per week

• (However likely to increase during busy periods) £15.07 p/h PAYE including holiday pay. Start within 2 weeks after onboarding and training with long-term, ongoing work available. Flexible working across Monday to Sunday with some fixed days - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Ideal experience would be in retail or merchandising - health & beauty would be beneficial -
• supporting new launches, refreshes, or promotional activity.
• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
• Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
