Job summary

CPM UNITED KINGDOM LIMITED is recruiting a part-time merchandiser to visit high street, grocery and convenience stores across the area. The role covers merchandising, audits, and POS setup, with a focus on maintaining attractive displays that drive sales.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience and are available Monday to Sunday (with fixed visits on Tue, Thu and Sat). You will use your own car for materials delivery and reporting via a mobile app, earning a referral bonus for

Responsibilities

• Visit stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits and set up POS materials.
• Navigate fixtures and merchandise in line with planograms.
• Keep displays stocked and visually appealing to drive sales.
• Negotiate space for displays where possible; light stock movement may be required.
• Report via the mobile app with clear photos and feedback.

Job description

• Visit a mix of high street, grocery, and convenience stores to complete merchandising tasks, audits, and set up point-of-sale (POS) materials.
• Confidently navigating fixtures (e.g. gondolas, bays, shelving)
• Merchandise products in line with agreed planograms.
• Make sure as much stock as possible is out on shelves to help drive sales and keep displays looking great.
• Arrange and top up products on shelves and displays so they're eye-catching and easy for customers to find.
• Where possible, negotiate extra display space to help boost sales.
• Some stock moving and lifting may be involved from time to time.
  Ideally, experience in retail or merchandising.
• Experience in retailers such as Boots, department stores, or premium beauty chains is desirable.
• Someone who is available Monday to Sunday. We do have fixed visits to be completed on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
• Someone reliable, adaptable, and happy working independently.
• Confident talking to store staff and building good in-store relationships.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Use your own car, as you may need to carry promotional materials or small displays (these may be delivered and stored to your home).
• Use of a phone or tablet to complete reporting on our app - this includes sending clear photos and sharing useful feedback.
