Job summary

Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care, a community-focused optical and hearing retailer, seeks an experienced marketeer to drive growth across its 165+ branch network from the Birmingham head office. The role covers CRM, POS and digital campaigns, with responsibility for plan development, stakeholder management and agency oversight.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, deliver marketing plans, manage internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to a customer-centric brand strategy

Qualifications

• Experienced marketeer with 3+ years in fast-paced marketing (ideally B2C).
• Ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and manage deadlines.
• Experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders and leading a small team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to support KPI achievement.
• Measure marketing activity and report to stakeholders.
• Identify and trial new activity to grow the business.
• Support development of marketing strategy through insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Head of Marketing to enhance retail and customer focus.
