Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking a Retail Manager within Fine Watches to lead from the front, setting standards and developing your team to deliver outstanding service and expertise. Our Fine Watches department plays an important part in this, and our Retail Managers are central to delivering that experience. As a Retail Manager within Fine Watches, you'll lead from the front, setting standards, developing your team and driving performance in an environment where service, expertise and attention to detail are paramount. You will lead with presence, set the rhythm on the shop floor and create an environment where teams can perform at their highest level.

About the Role

As a Retail Manager in Fine Watches, you'll take ownership of your area and lead it with clarity, confidence and purpose. You'll be a visible presence on the shop floor, guiding your team to deliver the levels of service and expertise our customers expect. Your leadership will directly influence sales performance, customer experience and team engagement within one of Harrods' most prestigious retail environments.
