Job summary

BaxterStorey is seeking a Retail Manager - Catering in London to lead a frontline hospitality team, ensure exceptional service, and drive financial targets. You will partner with clients to deliver memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

• Monitor the work of all staff and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Conduct appraisals to assess performance and identify training needs.
• Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.
• Hold regular team meetings to communicate targets and updates.
• Keep staff informed about changes and expectations.
• Encourage open communication to gather feedback from employees.
