Lithia UK is seeking a Retail Manager for Stratstone BMW / MINI Hull to lead the dealership team and deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales performance.

You will champion coaching, compliance with FCA standards, and collaborative leadership, aiming to grow the business and enhance profitability across showroom and aftersales functions. The role offers a competitive package with career growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

• A passion for providing outstanding experiences that keep customers coming back to our dealerships.
• Supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing the Sales Executive prospect system, ensuring all information is being entered, updated, and used effectively.
• Motivation for achieving department profitability, finance, and customer experience objectives.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to reflect and interpret financial information, regularly drawing up business reports for Senior Management.
• Passion for helping others to grow and develop, regularly providing training, coaching, and guidance to Sales Executives, supporting them to become the best they can be.
• Detailed experience of automotive sales with similar profile brands, as well as working in a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
• Sales staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Sales Executive prospect system and ensure data accuracy across the CRM.
• Support the Sales Manager in driving showroom profitability and customer experience targets.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and standards for Finance & Insurance.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and development to Sales Executives.
• Monitor and interpret financial metrics, preparing regular reports for Senior Management.
