Job summary

Listers Group in Leamington Spa is recruiting a Retail Manager for the Volvo Dealership. You’ll lead the sales team, drive gross profit, and specialise in finance, insurance, and value-added products, against a backdrop of FCA compliance and excellent customer service.

You’ll work Monday to Sunday with a day off in the week and alternate weekends, and you may be an existing manager or stepping into management. A company car and competitive OTE support your success.

Qualifications

• Experience in motor trade, automotive or car dealership preferred but training will be provided.
• Confident in discussing and identifying customer requirements.
• Excellent organisation to ensure paperwork is FCA compliant.

Responsibilities

• Discuss customers' financial requirements.
• Advise customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by the dealerships.
• Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
• Work closely with the sales team and provide coaching and assistance.
• Propose financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Volvo Dealership in Leamington Spa.

The working hours are Monday to Sunday, with a day off in the week and working alternate weekends.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £60,200.

Role and Responsibilities

Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.

As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.

• Discussing the financial requirements of our customers.
• Advising customers on finance, insurance, warranties and other services offered by our dealerships.
• Ensure customers have a clear understanding of obligations they are entering into.
• Working closely with members of the sales team and providing coaching and assistance.
• Proposing financial agreements to our nominated lenders.
• Ensuring that all documentation is accurate and FCA compliant.

About you

You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for your first step into management.

You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual / company requirements.

Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.

Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.

Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
