Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is recruiting a Security Officer for Retail Loss Prevention to protect our client’s premises in Glasgow and ensure high standards of customer service.

You will guard against criminal activity, remain vigilant for risks, and uphold safety for all on site, including protection from verbal and physical abuse. The role requires a valid SIA licence and CCTV competence, plus a consistent 5-year work history.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid frontline SIA Licence and CCTV.
• Smart and well presented at all times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full 5-year checkable work history and vetting documentation.
• Flexible and reliable to meet role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Protect client premises from criminal activity.
• Identify potential risks and mitigate threats.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of people on site, protecting from abuse.
• Complete and maintain the Daily Occurrence Book (DOB).
