TK Maxx is seeking a Loss Prevention Advisor in the Corby area. You will work with store teams to protect assets, conduct investigations, and educate staff on Loss Prevention best practices.

The role combines customer-facing duties with behind-the-scenes analysis to reduce shrink and keep customers and colleagues safe. We value self-motivated individuals who are engaging, resilient and focused on making a difference.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealing with Shrink and Crime Resolution in a fast-paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and provide feedback to help protect products and assets across stores.
• Educate store associates on Loss Prevention best practices and standards.
• Balance customer-facing activity with behind-the-scenes work to deliver effective loss prevention.
• Handle external theft situations professionally and safely with a solution-focused approach.
• Deliver coaching, validation, influence and support to the store team to keep loss awareness high.
