Devon Air Ambulance is seeking a part-time Retail Logistics Assistant based at the Marsh Barton Exeter warehouse. You will drive charity vehicles, load/unload goods and support stock delivery across Devon’s charity shops, with weekend and bank holiday work.
The role requires hands-on logistics experience and strong customer-facing skills, offering a benefits package and DBS checks where applicable.
Salary: £15,778.87 per annum (based on a FTE of £26,298.12 per annum)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week– flexible, but will include weekends and bank holidays

Our Retail Logistics Team has an exciting opportunity to come and work with us as part of our Retail Team, based at our DAA Warehouse in Marsh Barton Exeter. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Retail Logistics Assistant to join us. You will be responsible for driving the charity’s transport for logistics purposes including loading and unloading items, assisting in the delivery and collection of stock, promotional materials and equipment from across our Charity Shops in Devon, to support the retail operation. We’re looking for someone who is self‑motivated and has excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills. Previous experience in a similar role is required with good problem‑solving ability and a readiness for the ever‑changing challenge that is charity retailing!
