Hop Talent are recruiting a Graduate Surveyor to join our Retail Lease Advisory team in London. You will develop technical expertise, gain meaningful client exposure and work toward APC to become MRICS qualified.

You will work on rent reviews, lease renewals and related advisory instructions, with mentoring from experienced surveyors. This role offers a clear development path and structured APC support within a supportive, property-focused practice.

Qualifications

• Real Estate, Property or RICS-accredited degree required.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in commercial property.
• APC pursuit to MRICS status encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rent review and lease renewal instructions.
• Prepare reports from inspections and analyses.
• Contribute to rental and comparable evidence research.
• Support negotiations between landlords and tenants.
• Develop client reports and recommendations.
• Support senior surveyors on lease advisory instructions.
• Maintain accurate property data.
• Progress APC toward MRICS.
