Job summary

Colliers London is seeking an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join our Retail Lease Advisory team. You will advise landlords and occupiers on rent reviews, renewals, restructures, and portfolio optimisation across high street, shopping centres and mixed-use assets.

MRICS qualification or working towards APC, along with strong analytical and negotiation skills, are essential. You will lead negotiations, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to new business opportunities while collaborating with

Qualifications

MRICS qualification or progressing towards APC qualification.
Experience within Lease Advisory, Valuation, Agency or Property Management.
Strong understanding of UK landlord and tenant legislation.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong report writing and presentation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple client instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead rent review and lease renewal negotiations for landlord and occupier clients.
Advise on lease restructuring opportunities and portfolio optimisation.
Undertake lease analysis and interpretation to deliver commercial recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports and client presentations.
Collaborate with Agency, Capital Markets and Asset Management teams to support instructions.
