Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Senior Surveyor in Bristol to join the Retail Lease Advisory team. You will provide strategic property advice on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures for landlord and occupier clients across the retail sector, working with senior colleagues and cross-functional Colliers teams.

The role offers exposure to high-profile instructs, significant client interaction, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of Colliers' Retail platform.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or APC in progress.
• Experience in Lease Advisory, Valuation, Agency or Property Management.
• Strong understanding of UK landlord and tenant legislation.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong report writing and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead rent review and lease renewal negotiations.
• Advise clients on lease restructuring opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice on lease regears and portfolio optimisation.
• Undertake detailed lease analysis and interpretation.
• Deliver commercially focused recommendations aligned to client objectives.
• Collaborate with Agency, Capital Markets, Valuation, Occupier Services and Asset Management teams.
