MCARTHURGLEN in the United Kingdom is seeking a Retail Key Holder for an 8-hour per week permanent contract. You will lead the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and support management in achieving business goals.

This role requires strong retail experience, leadership, and excellent communication. You will cover Manager-on-Duty duties, drive KPIs, coach the team, and help with visual merchandising and store standards.
