Job summary

Primark is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the end-to-end technology installations for new stores, refurbishments and regional deployments. You will coordinate resources, timelines and vendor/contractor activities across multiple territories, ensuring successful go-lives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Retail IT or tech implementation management, strong EPOS/infrastructure knowledge, and proven multi-site rollout experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail IT or Technology Implementation Management.
• Strong understanding of retail systems and infrastructure, including EPOS and networks.
• Proven track record of large-scale, multi-site rollouts.
• Analytical thinker with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of technology installations for stores and refurbishments.
• Oversee planning and implementation of regional infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate concurrent installations across territories.
• Define resources for projects, including WAN/LAN, EPOS, devices, AV.
• Liaise with Store Development teams and contractors on timelines and go-live.
• Evaluate project performance, identify risks, implement corrective actions.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve technology issues.
