Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe in London is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support our Retail population, including Store Managers and Beauty Advisors. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational design, talent development, and employee engagement.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, development, retention, succession planning, and handling first-line ER cases under UK employment law, with a data-driven approach to headcount and cost management.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting retail or consumer-focused teams.
• Ability to partner with leaders to drive organizational design and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER case handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail Stakeholders: act as trusted advisor to retail managers to drive organisational design, employee engagement and talent retention.
• Drive the Talent Agenda: Talent Acquisition with diversity focus; Talent Development & Retention through career conversations; Succession Planning for stores.
• Be Accountable for Employee Relations: lead first-line ER cases with practical guidance under UK employment law.
• Identify Strategic Resourcing Requirements: lead change management, organisation design and strategic workforce planning.
• Operations & Cost Controlling: leverage data analytics to manage headcount and salary costs within budget.
