Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong stakeholder management.
• Retail industry HRBP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER handling.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for headcount and costs.
• Ability to drive organisational design and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retail managers to drive organisational design and engagement.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession for stores.
• Proactively manage first-line employee relations under UK law.
• Lead change management and strategic workforce planning.
• Monitor headcount and salary costs using data analytics.
